Hi, I’m Sherri,

As an Executive with over 15 years spent in the Telecommunications (CPaaS / omnichannel) and Customer Service industries, and as a full-stack and T-shaped leader, my experience spans general management of small to large-size organizations. Throughout my career I’ve touched on all aspects of running a business; with a focus on leadership, change management, process improvement, HR and employee journey, business operations and strategy, customer excellence, key account project management, and product development.

My passion for operational execution, technology, and the development of high-growth companies is the catalyst for my career. I thrive when applying employee journey and customer success to assist brands in building stronger customer relationships, making clients more accessible, driving traffic to their business, generating leads and helping provide exceptional customer service.

Having led various teams with a focus on individual development and team success, while driving profitability, I bring to the table extensive hands-on experience in corporate environments, customer service and leadership expertise.

  • I’ve led teams 20 to 250 in size; both in-office and remote across Canada - and pioneered a national team within a company that grew to 4,500 worldwide in less than 5 years.

  • I pride myself on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

  • I thrive in a fast-paced environment - both start-up and corporate - but lean towards the ever-changing world of a startup.

  • I'm exceptionally attention to detail-oriented, curious and process-driven.

  • I love a great UI and UX. Design is a passion I can't ignore.

  • I'm fluent in French, understand Spanish, learning Swedish, and am highly influenced by multicultural and international markets.
