Why Work With Oslo
After 15+ years working in telecommunications and CPaaS cloud services for a global leader in the messaging and omnichannel communication space, with a strong focus on leadership, change management, operational efficiencies, customer and employee success, and growth, I decided to take a gap year to feed the right side of my brain and launch a passion project. Maison Oslo Inc. is now up and running and I’m loving every minute of the selective projects I take on.
Oslo Consulting, a consultative division of Maison Oslo Inc., allows me to give back the wealth of knowledge I’ve obtained through my career to startups and small to medium-sized businesses in an advisory or short-term project-based capacity.
I’ve spent my career fixing issues, mentoring teams, and ensuring business objectives were met. Most of my time has been spent spinning plates and wearing many hats; exposing me to all facets of business management - knowing how to anticipate, challenge, reframe and make difficult decisions with well-backed data analytics.
Having spent most of my career in a global market working for Swedish-based businesses, some of the biggest tech companies in the world were clients and business partners. This breeds a best-in-class approach to every aspect of how you approach business.
As Head of Canada at SINCH, a global leader in the omni-channel communication space with over 4,500 employees worldwide, I successfully ran the Canadian division for over 15 years until my departure in January 2023.
Today, I advise and coach to share the wealth of information and experience I’ve gained in my career. I help small to medium-sized businesses set the right foundation, and larger companies realign when areas of their business no longer fit their long-term objectives. My love for design allows me to create branded creatives and tell compelling stories that help my clients put their best foot forward.
My approach is always data-driven and people-focused, ensuring that the strategies I help implement are both effective and empathetic. I’m currently exploring how AI can facilitate and create efficiencies while being respectful of human needs.
